Service Description
Follow-up appointments are designed for existing patients who are actively participating in a program or receiving care through Better Weight Clinic. During your visit, we may review progress, discuss symptoms, evaluate treatment effectiveness, address questions, and make adjustments to your care plan when appropriate.
